Investor Flee to Gold

Investors are seeking shelter. But they are not turning too US Treasuries. So, gold is surging. Surprise! Not really... But this year-to-date visual is revealing.
Gold's upward trajectory began before April's tariff tantrum that has hit equity and bond markets hard.

So that's where we are: gold is climbing steadily, Treasuries are losing their safe haven status, and the S&P 500 shows that market turbulence appears far from over – look at the VIX.
