Ever wondered who's actually harvesting those juicy strawberries in your morning smoothie? Well, I've been digging into this, and I found this great chart from USDA. It’s the Economic Research Service for the US Department of Agriculture.
Take a look below. Nearly half the people picking crops across America's fields aren't legally authorised to work there. While this figure used to be even higher, it's still hovering around 40 percent today.
