Loneliness is America’s hidden epidemic. The latest US Census Bureau survey revealed that one in eight Americans feels lonely most of the time. For young adults, it's even worse with nearly one in four grappling with frequent loneliness.

These numbers aren't just statistics. They represent millions of people feeling isolated in a hyper-connected world. The Surgeon General has even declared loneliness an epidemic, comparing its health risks to heavy smoking or drinking.
